• By checking the box on registration on KinkySquad.com, I hereby confirm and acknowledge the following:

• I am the legal owner and rights holder of the images, videos, and media I upload.
• I voluntarily grant KinkySquad the right to use, display, distribute, and host my uploaded content on its platform, publicly or privately, in accordance with platform policies.
• I understand and agree that my images and media may be visible to the public, paying subscribers, or other users as determined by the platform features.
• I give this consent freely, without coercion, and I may request removal of content in accordance with the platform’s Content Removal Policy.
