1. INTRODUCTION AND SCOPE
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of KinkySquad, operated by K Squad Social LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”), including all services, features, and functionalities available at:

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KinkySquad.
By accessing or using the Platform as a Fan or Creator, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. DEFINITIONS
For purposes of these Terms:
Platform: KinkySquad
Content: Any material uploaded (videos, photos, livestreams, text, etc.)
Creator: User who publishes and monetizes content
Fan: User who subscribes or purchases content
Fan Payment: Any payment made by a Fan
Creator Earnings: Net amount payable to Creator after platform fees
Payout: Transfer of earnings to Creator
Payment Provider: Third party (CCBill, Paxum, banks, etc.)
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & ELIGIBILITY
To use KinkySquad:
You must be 18+ or legal age in your jurisdiction
You must provide accurate information
You must complete verification when required
You are responsible for your account security
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion for violations.
4. PLATFORM RIGHTS & OPERATION
We reserve the right to:
Modify or update the Platform
Suspend or restrict access
Investigate suspicious activity
Change payment providers
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Use the Platform legally
Not upload prohibited content
Maintain account security
Comply with all applicable laws
6. CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Creators:
Retain ownership of their content
Grant KinkySquad a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it
You confirm:

By using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Introduction
These Terms of Use for all Users govern your use of KinkySquad and your agreement with us.
Interpretation
In these Terms of Service: references to our website include “KinkySquad,” even when accessed through the URL www.kinkysquad.com. References to “we,” “our,” and “us” mean K Squad Social LLC, the operator of KinkySquad. “Content” means any material uploaded to KinkySquad by any User (Creator or Fan), including photos, videos, audio, livestreams, data, text (comments and hashtags), metadata, images, emojis, GIFs, memes, interactive features, and other material. “Creator” means a User who has set up their account as a Creator to publish Content for viewing by other Users. “Fan” means a User who follows a Creator and may view the Creator’s Content. “Fan/Creator Transaction” means any transaction between a Fan and a Creator by which access is granted to the Creator’s Content, including (i) a Subscription, (ii) pay-per-view media and pay-per-view livestreams, (iii) paid fan interactions, and (iv) purchases in a Creator’s online shop.
“Fan Payment” means all payments made by a Fan to a Creator in relation to such transactions, tips, or shop purchases. “Referring User” means a User who participates in KinkySquad’s referral program. “Standard Fan/Creator Agreement” refers to the terms governing each transaction between Fans and Creators.
“Subscription” means a Fan’s subscription to a Creator’s account (free or paid). “Terms of Service” (your agreement with us) means the legally binding agreement between you and us consisting of these Terms of Use for all Users, Terms of Use for Fans, Terms of Use for Creators, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Referral Program Terms, Complaints Policy, Platform-to-Business Regulation Terms, and Community Guidelines.

Changes to the Terms of Service
We may change any part of the Terms of Service without prior notice to reflect changes in law/regulation or to address an unforeseen and imminent danger related to defending KinkySquad, Fans, or Creators from fraud, malware, spam, data breaches, or cybersecurity risks. We may also make other changes and will provide reasonable advance notice by email or via KinkySquad. Continued use after updates take effect means youagree to the updated Terms.
Changes, Suspension, or Withdrawal of KinkySquad
We may update or change KinkySquad from time to time for any reason, including to reflect service changes, user needs, business practices, performance improvements, functionality, or security. We will try to provide reasonable notice of material changes. We do not guarantee continuous availability. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of KinkySquad for business or operational reasons and will try to provide reasonable notice where it affects you.
Registration
To use KinkySquad, you must register and create a user account with a valid email, username, and password, or authenticate via Google or X (Twitter). Your password must be unique and comply with our technical requirements. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), permitted by local law to enter a binding contract and to access the Content and features of KinkySquad, and you must provide any other verification we request. If you do not meet these requirements, do not access or use KinkySquad.
Your Commitments
You confirm that any prior KinkySquad account you held was not terminated or suspended by us for policy violations. You will ensure all information you submit is truthful, accurate, complete, and promptly updated. You consent to receive electronic communications (email and in-account messages) and agree to our processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You will keep your login credentials confidential, notify support@kinkysquad.com of any unauthorized use or security incident, log out after each session, and take special care on shared/public devices. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Our Rights (Including Suspension/Termination)
We may, but are not obliged to, moderate or review your Content for compliance with the Terms of Service and applicable law. We may suspend access to any Content suspected of violating the Terms or law while we investigate. You may request a review by contacting support@kinkysquad.com. Following investigation, we may restore access, remove, or permanently disable access to the Content. You agree to promptly assist our investigation at your cost. We are not liable for losses arising from good-faith suspension or investigation. We will notify you of removals or suspensions via email or in-account message (advance notice may not always be possible). We may terminate your agreement and access to KinkySquad for any reason with 30 days’ notice, or immediately without notice if we believe you have seriously or repeatedly breached the Terms, threatened to do so with serious consequences, or acted in a way likely to cause us loss or harm our reputation. During suspension, Fan Payments otherwise due may be suspended, and we may retain unpaid Creator Earnings as provided in the Creator Terms. Upon account cancellation, we may handle your Content per our Privacy Policy (including deletion), and you will no longer have access to it. We may investigate suspected misuse, abuse, or illegal use of KinkySquad and cooperate with law enforcement, disclosing information as legally permitted. We may change third party payment providers and will notify you and store corresponding details in your account. Except for Content (owned/licensed by Creators), all rights in KinkySquad, its code, features, databases, and functionality belong to us or our licensors. We exclusively own anonymized data related to your use of KinkySquad and may use it for any purpose.
What We Are Not Responsible For
We exercise reasonable care in providing KinkySquad but do not authorize or endorse Content. Opinions expressed by Users do not represent our views. We grant you no rights in Content; rights are granted by Creators. Your Content may identify you; we are not responsible if you are identified from your Content. Geofencing/geolocation tools, if offered, are not guaranteed. All Content is user-provided; we are not obliged to monitor, select, or modify Content. You have no obligation to follow suggestions from other Users and do so at your own risk. We do not guarantee earnings for Creators or Referrers. Materials we make available are informational only without guarantees. We do not promise compatibility with all devices/OS. You are responsible for antivirus protection and internet availability. We are not responsible for lost/compromised accounts, unauthorized activity, or payments/withdrawals. Once Content is published, we cannot control third party use. Deleting your account does not retroactively prevent circulation of Content recorded by others in breach of the Terms or by third parties.
Intellectual Property – Ownership and Licenses
You confirm you own or hold all necessary rights in your Content to license it to us and other Users worldwide (including Mexico, Latin America, the United States, the UK, and the EU). You grant us a perpetual, non exclusive, worldwide, royalty free, sublicensable, assignable, and transferable license to perform acts restricted by IP rights in your Content (including reproduction, public communication, display, performance, distribution, translation, adaptations/derivatives, and watermarking) for purposes reasonably related to operating KinkySquad. We will not sell your Content to other platforms, though we may transfer licenses in a sale of our business or assets. You authorize us (without obligation) to send infringement notices on your behalf. You waive moral rights to object to derogatory treatment of Content to the extent permitted by law (this does not affect ownership or anti copying rights).
Links To and From KinkySquad
You may link to KinkySquad’s homepage fairly and legally without suggesting our endorsement. As a Creator, comply with our Terms and any third party site’s terms when promoting your account. Do not impersonate KinkySquad or imply our promotion unless authorized. Do not use Google Ads or similar search ads to promote your KinkySquad account. Third party links on KinkySquad are for convenience only; we do not endorse or
control them and accept no responsibility for their content or loss arising from their use.
Domain Names: In certain cases, KinkySquad may allow Creators to register or use domain names containing the KinkySquad trademark or confusingly similar terms, provided that (i) the domain is registered by the Creator; (ii) the domain redirects to the Creator’s KinkySquad profile (not to other sites); and (iii) prior written permission and a license agreement from KinkySquad are obtained. Contact support@kinkysquad.com. Breach may result in a domain dispute and account action.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account via “User Account.” If you are a Fan, deletion occurs within a reasonable time after your request. If you are a Creator, your account remains open until the last day of your Fans’ paid subscription period; then you receive your final payout and the account is deleted. If you are both Fan and Creator, deletion occurs in two stages. After deletion, you will not be charged further, will lose access to your account and Content, and subscriptions cannot be renewed. We may handle Content per the Privacy Policy (including deletion).
Liability – Who Is Responsible for Loss or Damage
We do not exclude or limit liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are a consumer: We (and our subsidiaries, employees, owners, representatives, and agents) are not liable for loss of profits, business, revenue, business interruption, loss of business opportunity, or anticipatedsavings arising from your use of KinkySquad. If you are a business user: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, and representations. We are not liable for losses not foreseeable at the time you agreed to the Terms. We are not liable for losses arising from inability to use KinkySquad or reliance on Content; for lost profits, sales, revenue, business interruption, anticipated savings, data, goodwill, reputation, indirect or consequential loss; for DDoS, viruses, malware, ransomware, or other harmful material; for copying/republishing of your Content by others; for doxing by Users/third parties; or for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited as permitted by law.
General
If any aspect of your agreement is unenforceable, the remainder remains in force. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. We reserve all rights not expressly granted. No implied licenses are granted. No third party rights are created except that exclusions/limitations and dispute terms may be enforced by our subsidiaries, employees, owners, representatives, and agents. You may not transfer your rights/obligations without our prior writtenconsent. We may assign/transfer our rights/obligations (e.g., merger, acquisition, asset sale) and may delegate performance to third parties while remaining responsible.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding your access to and use of KinkySquad and supersede prior understandings.
Disputes – Governing Law and Venue
Consumers (Fans): Your agreement is governed by United States law. United States law applies to claims by or against you arising out of or relating to your agreement and your use of KinkySquad (including non contractualdisputes). You may also rely on mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. If you reside in United States, claims must be brought in the courts of your corresponding jurisdiction.
Business Users (Creators and Referrers): Your agreement is governed by United States law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Claims by or against you (including non contractual disputes) must be brought in the competent courts in United States. Limitation Period: Except where prohibited by law, any claim related to KinkySquad must be filed within one (1) year from accrual or discovery, whichever occurs first.

TERMS OF USE FOR FANS
By using our website as a Fan, you agree to these terms.
Definitions follow the Terms for All Users. “VAT” means United States value added tax and any similar indirect taxes.
“Tax” includes all forms of taxes, duties, levies, withholdings, and liabilities wherever chargeable.
Other Applicable Terms
The following also apply: Terms of Use for All Users; Privacy Policy; Acceptable Use Policy; Complaints Policy; the Standard Fan/Creator Agreement (governing each transaction though not part of your agreement with us); and Community Guidelines. If you are also a Creator, the Creator Terms apply; if you are established/residentin United States, Platform to Business Regulation Terms may apply; and if you participate in the Referral Program, the Referral Terms apply.
Your Commitments to Us
You warrant that you are at least 18; if your jurisdiction requires a higher age to enter a binding contract, you meet that age; you will provide any further verification we request; your local law permits you to join KinkySquad and view Content and features; and you can and will pay any required amounts for Content and features you choose to use.
Content – General Terms (Fans) For each item of Content you post, display, upload, or publish on KinkySquad, you warrant full compliance with the Terms (including Acceptable Use), ownership or valid license, and that you secured all third party rightsand written consents. You are responsible and will indemnify us for breach of these warranties. We do not endorse or control user Content. You acknowledge that some Content may be adult material and agree toconsider this when choosing where and how to view it.
Subscriptions and Fan Purchases
All Fan/Creator Transactions are contracts between Fans and Creators under the Standard Fan/Creator Agreement. Creators set prices (displayed in USD). Fan Payments exclude VAT (added where applicable). To transact, add a payment card and click “Subscribe” on the Creator’s profile. You authorize us/our subsidiaries to pass your card data to a third party payment provider to process charges in USD (your provider may apply FX fees). If multiple cards are on file and the first is declined, the next may be used. Subscriptions auto renew unless your card is declined, price changed, or you disable Auto Renew in the relevant Creator profile. Upon cancellation you retain access until the end of the current period. You agree not to make unjustified refund or chargeback requests; bad faith requests may result in suspension or account removal. Wallet Credits are prepayments you can use for Fan Payments; they are non refundable and do not earn interest.
If your User account is suspended, Fan Payments otherwise due during the suspension are paused.

TERMS OF USE FOR CREATORS
By using our website as a Creator, you agree to these terms.
Policy on Age Verification, Publishing, and Real Time Moderation
To ensure a safe, lawful, and transparent environment, KinkySquad.com establishes the following mandatory provisions for all users and creators.
Identity and Age Verification
Creators must prove majority age (18+ or legal age in their jurisdiction) by submitting a valid government issued ID and a clear selfie holding that ID. No content may be published or monetized until verification is completed and approved by Kinky Squad.
Authorization to Publish and Monetize
Upon verification, creators gain access to tools for content creation, publishing, and monetization. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for attempted document falsification, manipulation of verification, or policy breaches.
Real Time Review of Uploaded Content
All uploads (posts, photos, videos) undergo real time moderation using automated filters and human review to ensure compliance with behavioral and legal policies. Non compliant content may be rejected, removed, or investigated before publication.
Livestream Supervision
All livestreams on KinkySquad.com are monitored in real time by a specialized moderation team. Inappropriate or illegal conduct may result in immediate interruption and sanctions, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure depending on severity.
Disciplinary Measures
Upon policy violations, Kinky Squad will notify the offender and apply proportional measures, which may include: immediate content removal, temporary upload restrictions, livestream suspension, or permanent account termination for serious or repeated cases.
Other Applicable Terms
The following apply: Terms for All Users; Privacy Policy; Acceptable Use Policy; Complaints Policy; Standard Fan/Creator Agreement; Community Guidelines; Platform to Business Regulation Terms (if established or resident in United States); Fan Terms (if you are also a Fan); and Referral Program Terms (if you participate).
Fees Charged to Creators
Our fee is twenty percent (20%) of all Fan Payments (excluding VAT and service fees). The remaining eighty percent (80%) is paid to you as “Creator Earnings.” In special cases (promotions/events/activations), our fee may be 10% or 15% of the subscriber’s payment (excluding VAT and service fees). Our fee covers the cost of providing, maintaining, and operating KinkySquad and storing your Content.
Setting Up a Creator Account
You must upload valid identification and two photos of yourself as required, add bank/payment details, and select one of the available payout options. If charging subscriptions, set a monthly price within KinkySquad’spermitted range. If you lose access, you may reset your password using the account email; otherwise, we may require ID/photos and other evidence to verify identity.
Personal Legal Responsibility
Only natural persons can be Creators. You are personally bound by the Terms, regardless of agents/agencies assisting you. Our relationship is with you, and you are legally responsible for ensuring all Content and account use comply with the Terms.
Fan/Creator Transactions (Creators)
All Fan/Creator Transactions are contracts between Fans and Creators per the Standard Fan/Creator Agreement. Fan Payments exclude VAT (added where applicable). Once we confirm a transaction in your “Statements” page or by email, you must perform your part (e.g., allow access to Content, provide custom content, or enable paid fan interactions). You agree to indemnify us for losses arising from failure to perform.
Content – General Terms (Creators)
Your Content is not confidential. You authorize Fans to access and view your Content on KinkySquad for their lawful personal use according to the licenses you grant. For each item of Content, you warrant full compliance with the Terms (including Acceptable Use), that you hold all necessary rights for all territories where you have Fans (including United States), that you own the IP or hold valid licenses, and that you have obtained all third party rights and written consents. Content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for described purposes, and as described. You will indemnify us for breach of these warranties. You also agree to act as Custodian of Records for Content you upload to KinkySquad.
Advertising Content
If you upload video intended to promote third party goods/services/images for value (ads, sponsorships, product placement, self promotion), you must comply with the advertising requirements, including transparency using the #ad signifier in captions.
CoAuthored Content
If you upload Content featuring another person (“Co authored Content”), you warrant that each person is either a KinkySquad Creator or a consenting adult, and that you have verified identity/age and maintain records. You must have written consent from each person for appearance and publication. Tag identifiable Creators. You are solely responsible for any revenue sharing; we pay Creator Earnings only to the account that uploaded the Content. We may request legal information for all persons shown. Failure to provide may lead to removal,restrictions, account termination, and/or withholding of unpaid earnings. You release us from claims arising from authored Content; claims must be directed to the uploading Creator or appearing persons, as applicable.
Payouts to Creators
All Fan Payments are received by an approved third party payment provider. If you select CCBill (if available), CCBill will collect Fan Payments and credit your bank account. Your KinkySquad account will update within a reasonable time with Creator Earnings, available for withdrawal once reflected. Earnings are deposited weekly to your registered payout account regardless of weekly totals. All payments are in USD; banks/e wallets may charge FX/transfer fees which we do not control. If a Fan obtains a refund/chargeback, we may deduct corresponding Creator Earnings. Except for direct bank transfer options, we do not store your payout credentials.
Circumstances for Withholding Creator Earnings
We may withhold all or part of unpaid Creator Earnings if we believe you have seriously or repeatedly breached the Terms; attempted or threatened to do so with serious consequences; or if we suspect illegal/fraudulent activity by you or a Fan, for as long as needed to investigate. If we conclude the breach or illegality occurred, we may notify you that the Earnings are forfeited. We may also withhold if we receive notice of a lien or assignment on your Earnings until resolved. We are not liable for withholding/forfeiture where permitted. If a portion is unrelated to breaches or illegality, we may arrange partial payment. If Earnings are forfeited, we will endeavor (unless prohibited by law) to refund affected Fan Payments to the corresponding Fans.
Tax and VAT Compliance Promotion
Creators should seek professional advice to ensure tax/VAT compliance. You warrant that you have reported and will report all payments received in connection with your use of KinkySquad to your tax authority as required by law, and that you will comply with all applicable tax regulations. Notify support@kinkysquad.com within 7 days of any tax breach, audit, or investigation and provide requested details and mitigation steps. We are not responsible for advising on taxes and are not liable for non payment of taxes by Creators. We may close your account if notified of tax non compliance.
United States VAT and Creators established in United States: Solely for United States VAT purposes, services are treated as supplied to KinkySquad. If VAT registered, you may be treated as charging KinkySquad your Creator Earnings (80%, 85% or 90%, as applicable) plus VAT at the prevailing rate and, where applicable, may add VAT to referral payments. Keep copies of VAT invoices and returns and provide them within 14 days upon written request. Monitor your taxable sales to ensure you do not exceed registration thresholds. If your earnings exceed the threshold and you are not registered, you must register promptly and provide your VAT number within six weeks of notice; otherwise, your account may be closed.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

General Rules
Use KinkySquad only for your personal use. Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account or any Content obtained via KinkySquad. Use KinkySquad lawfully. Do not upload/post/display Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing, or that promotes violence or illegal activity. Do not exploit or harm anyone under 18.
Prohibited Content
You must not upload Content that: (i) shows or references anyone under 18; or any person without written proof they are 18+ and written consent to use their name/image; (ii) promotes weapons, illegal drugs, self harm/suicide; (iii) depicts incest, bestiality, violence, rape, non consent, intoxication, torture, hard BDSM/extreme fisting, genital mutilation, necrophilia; (iv) involves urine/scat/excrement; (v) is revenge porn; (vi) involves escort services, sex trafficking, or prostitution; (vii) contains unsolicited sexual content or deepfakes; (viii) contains or promotes hate speech; (ix) contains others’ personal data without written consent; (x) isrecorded/broadcast where public nudity/sexual activity is illegal or likely visible to the public; (xi) falsely implies our endorsement; (xii) is intended to extort; (xiii) promotes third party sales/ads without our prior written consent.
Community and Security
Comply with our Community Guidelines.
Do not stalk, harass, or intimidate; do not engage in deceptive conduct. Respect IP rights; do not record/reproduce/distribute Creator Content without authorization.
Do not impersonate others or provide false registration info. Do not post spam or artificially inflate interactions.
Do not stream pre recorded material as live.
Do not use code words to evade this Policy.
Do not reproduce or transmit Content except as permitted.
Do not introduce malware.
Do not reverse engineer.
Do not interfere with others’ use of KinkySquad or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.
Do not use our names, logos, or marks without express permission. Breaches may lead to suspension or termination and forfeiture of earnings as set out in the Terms.
Report Inappropriate Content or Conduct
If a creator observes another creator posting inappropriate material (post, photo, or video) or engaging in inappropriate actions during a livestream, users and creators may report it via in platform tools or by email to support@kinkysquad.com. Upon receipt, the compliance team will review and, if a violation is confirmed, actions may include removal of the content, temporary upload restrictions, livestream suspension, or permanent account closure. Our priority is to maintain a safe, respectful, and consensual environment for all.
DMCA NOTICE
K Squad Social LLC (www.kinkysquad.com) respects third party IP rights and voluntarily complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We maintain a Repeat Infringer Policy (available upon request) andmay terminate repeat infringers. Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter notice may result in liability for damages under the DMCA.

ANTI TRAFFICKING POLICY
Kinky Squad enforces a zero tolerance policy against human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, and non consensual activity. Creators must verify identity and age (ID + selfie) and sign consent and release. All uploads undergo automated and human moderation; livestreams are monitored in real time. Suspicious content is blocked and referred to authorities. Reports can be filed via in platform tools or support@kinkysquad.com. Violations may result in immediate removal, account suspension/termination, and referral to law enforcement.
We train moderation staff to identify red flags and continuously improve controls.
Content Removal Request Policy (Representation & Consent Withdrawal)
Any individual who appears or believes they appear in content hosted on KinkySquad has the right to request removal of that content. KinkySquad is committed to respecting individual rights, valid consent, and all applicable laws regarding content featuring identifiable persons.
1. Eligibility to Request Content Removal
A request may be submitted by:
The person represented in the content, or
A legally authorized representative acting on their behalf.
KinkySquad does not require a platform account to submit a removal request.
2. Grounds for Content Removal
Content will be reviewed and may be removed if:
Consent was not granted,
Consent is invalid, withdrawn, or expired under applicable laws,
The person was misrepresented or identifiable without permission,
The content violates privacy, legal, or platform standards.

4. Investigation Process
Once a request is received:
Initial Confirmation – We acknowledge receipt within 48 hours.
Verification – Identity and claim details are validated.
Content Review – Our Compliance Team reviews the content and consent records.
Decision – A determination is made within five (5) business days.
If consent cannot be confirmed or is invalid, the content will be removed immediately.
5. Appeals Procedure
If a creator or uploader disagrees with the decision:
They may file an appeal within 7 days of the notification.

KinkySquad will review the appeal within five (5) business days.
6. Neutral Third-Party Resolution (Required by CCBill)
If the requester and the creator/uploader disagree with the final appeal decision:

KinkySquad will comply with the final determination of the neutral mediator/arbitrator.
No internal policy may override this requirement.
7. Possible Outcomes
Depending on the investigation, outcomes may include:
Permanent removal of the content
Temporary disabling during review
Warning or suspension of the creator’s account
Permanent account termination for consent violations
Restoration of content if valid consent is confirmed

CREATOR REVENUE SHARE AND PLATFORM FEES POLICY
1. Creator Revenue Share Structure
Kinky Squad operates under a tiered revenue-sharing model applicable to subscription fees and pay-per-view content sales (collectively, “Base Price”) as determined by each creator.
1.1 Founding Creator Tier (First 1,000 Creators)
The first one thousand (1,000) approved creators registered on the platform (“Founding Creators”) shall receive:
Ninety percent (90%) of the Base Price assigned by the creator for:
Subscription fees; and/or
Individual content sales.
Kinky Squad shall retain:
Ten percent (10%) of the Base Price assigned by the creator.
1.2 Standard Creator Tier (Creator 1001 and Beyond)
Beginning with creator number one thousand and one (1001), all subsequent creators shall receive:
Eighty percent (80%) of the Base Price assigned by the creator for:
Subscription fees; and/or
Individual content sales.
Kinky Squad shall retain:
Twenty percent (20%) of the Base Price assigned by the creator.
1.3 Definition of Base Price
“Base Price” refers exclusively to the price assigned by the creator to their subscription and/or content sale before:
Platform administrative fees;
Payment processing fees;
Applicable taxes;
Currency conversion adjustments.
Revenue share percentages are calculated strictly on the Base Price and are not affected by taxes or payment processing costs.
2. Platform Administrative Fee
In addition to the Base Price set by the creator, Kinky Squad applies a seventeen percent (17%) administrative platform fee to each transaction.
2.1 Calculation
The administrative fee is calculated as:
17% of the creator’s Base Price.
This administrative fee is added to the Base Price and is payable by the end user.
3. Rounding Policy
For pricing standardization and transactional clarity, the total amount (Base Price + Administrative Fee) shall be rounded upward as follows:
If the resulting total includes cents that do not end in .50 or .00, the amount will be rounded upward to the nearest:
$0.50 increment; or
Whole dollar increment.
Examples:
If the calculated total equals $12.36, it shall be rounded up to $12.50.
If the calculated total equals $5.67, it shall be rounded up to $6.00.
Rounding adjustments apply solely to the final user-facing transaction amount and do not modify the Base Price used to calculate the creator’s revenue share.
4. Display of Pricing
The creator’s assigned Base Price will be reflected within the creator’s profile.
Users will be shown the final transaction amount, which includes:
The Base Price;
The 17% administrative platform fee;
Rounding adjustment (if applicable).
Applicable taxes (including but not limited to VAT, IVA, or other digital service taxes) will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the user’s billing country or jurisdiction and added to the total charge before final payment confirmation.
5. Taxes and Processing Fees
Taxes collected from users are treated as pass-through amounts and do not affect the creator’s revenue share percentage.
Payment processing fees are borne by Kinky Squad and do not reduce the creator’s agreed percentage of the Base Price.
1. DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this Policy:
“Platform” means KinkySquad, operated by K Squad Social LLC
“Creator Earnings” means the amounts payable to Creators after deduction of platform fees as defined in the Terms
“Payout” means any transfer of funds to a Creator
“Payout Method” means the method selected by the Creator to receive funds
“Payment Provider” means any third-party financial institution or service involved in processing payments (including but not limited to banks and Paxum)
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR PAYOUTS
2.1. A Creator shall be eligible to receive Payouts only if:
- Identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed
- The Creator account is active, compliant, and not under restriction
- All applicable Platform policies and Terms of Service are met
- The minimum payout threshold of $150 USD has been reached
2.2. KinkySquad reserves the absolute right to:
- Delay, suspend, or withhold any Payout
- Request additional documentation or verification
- Investigate any suspicious, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity
2.3. Payouts may be withheld in accordance with the “Circumstances for Withholding Creator Earnings” section already defined in the Terms of Service .
3. PAYOUT METHODS
KinkySquad may offer one or more of the following Payout Methods at its sole discretion:
3.1 United States Domestic Bank Transfer
Available exclusively to Creators with a valid U.S.-based bank account.
Processed via domestic banking systems (e.g., ACH or equivalent)
Typical fees:
None or minimal
Determined solely by the receiving financial institution
KinkySquad does not guarantee the absence of bank fees.
3.2 International Wire Transfer (SWIFT)
Available to Creators outside the United States.
Processed via international banking networks
Estimated fees:
Between $15 USD and $50 USD per transaction
Additional charges may apply, including:
Intermediary bank fees
Receiving bank fees
Currency conversion costs
3.3 Paxum Transfers
Available to Creators with an active Paxum account.
Processed via Paxum’s infrastructure
Estimated fees:
Up to 5% of the transferred amount
All Paxum fees, terms, and processing conditions are governed exclusively by Paxum.
4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR FEES AND CHARGES
4.1. The Creator expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
All fees, charges, and deductions associated with receiving Payouts are solely the responsibility of the Creator.
4.2. Such charges may include, without limitation:
Bank transfer fees
Intermediary banking fees
Payment provider fees (including Paxum)
Currency conversion (FX) charges
Regulatory or administrative charges imposed by third parties
4.3. KinkySquad:
❌ Does NOT charge any fees for transferring Creator Earnings
❌ Does NOT control, influence, or modify third-party fees
❌ Does NOT assume liability for deductions applied outside the Platform
4.4. The Creator accepts that:
The final amount received may be less than the processed amount due to third-party deductions.
5. PROCESSING TIMES
Payout processing times are estimates only and not guaranteed:

Banking institutions

6. CURRENCY AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE
6.1. All Payouts are processed in USD.
6.2. If currency conversion is required:
Conversion rates are determined exclusively by:
The receiving bank
The payment provider
6.3. KinkySquad:
Does not control exchange rates
Does not apply FX fees
Is not responsible for currency-related losses
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KinkySquad shall not be liable for:
Delays or failures in Payout processing
Funds held, rejected, or frozen by financial institutions
Additional charges imposed by banks or payment providers
Incorrect banking information provided by the Creator
Regulatory or compliance actions affecting payments
Technical failures outside the Platform’s control
8. CREATOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Creator is solely responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete payout information
Maintaining valid and active financial accounts
Ensuring compliance with all tax and regulatory obligations
Failure to comply may result in:
Delayed or failed Payouts
Account suspension
Withholding of Creator Earnings
9. NO FINANCIAL SERVICES RELATIONSHIP
The Creator acknowledges that:
KinkySquad is not a bank or financial institution
KinkySquad does not provide financial services
KinkySquad acts solely as an intermediary for the distribution of funds
10. MODIFICATIONS
KinkySquad reserves the right to:
Modify available payout methods
Change payment providers
Update processing conditions
At any time, without prior notice, where required for:
Operational reasons
Compliance
Business needs
11. ACCEPTANCE
By using the Platform, the Creator:
Confirms full understanding of this Policy
Accepts all risks associated with international transfers
Waives any claim against KinkySquad related to third-party fees or deductions
